Over promises and under delivers
So much emphasis on how you can do things for yourself but when you try to do so it consistently fails. For example over 10 attempts to renew a subscription and all failed so I had to phone. The AI was useless in assisting as it can only cope with super simple enquiries which is not good for a tech company. My advice is just phone them, they have reduced the shops and you need an appointment so just phone your enquiry in don’t bother with the app
