I can not log in, always encounter "session expired"
this is the worst mobile app in Singapore... developer should update this app as it is almost close to useless.. i’ve used Singtel and M1 app and its far more better and user friendly than this starhub app.. 👎🏻👎🏻
I cannot proceed. I cannot go next after i type in my mobile number, The keyboard does not come out. that’s why i cannot get the otp.. must correct the app on that part..
We’ve hit a snag I already text to starhub but still no response me from 31/12 till today 2/1/25 I wondering what they doing? Holiday first? I need login and my starhub app back but still unable login very urgently… asap
The app’s design is terrible, most tabs are just of the app bringing up a webpage popup within the app instead something that is built natively into the app. And the most common message I receive for checking any rewards / lucky draws or perks is “something went wrong” The app has been terrible for a long time but sadly there is no sign that StarHub is taking the app seriously to make a change for the better. A good indicator that I should not be spending more money in their services
Not able to book appointment from app
Unable to view anything in all. Whenever I try clicking to view my bills, it says times out and it is across all functions. Please fix your app so ppl can really use it to pay bills or look for important information
Can’t solve payment issues over app. Don’t understand why they insist on handling matters only on app when nothing works and I have to waste my lunch hour on their WhatsApp live chat. TWICE.
Hugely disappointed. Super lag and instruction given not tally with the app option. Customer care is providing wrong instruction.
