App and software in general is over complicated. Customer support only via email and very inefficient. Not recommended at all.

Love the tap to pay feature

Nobody atall whatsoever likes to be told when and when they cant have theyre own earned money ,if you recieved your fee why must you hold peoples funds for a week in some cases almost 🤔App gives options not avail in my country ? Why give the option then??

I implemented stripe as payment gateway and used one of their pre built checkout forms and saved me so much time and it is easy to use. Loved it, hope it stays the same or only gets better

They shut down my acct that I’ve been using for months. I emailed numerous times asking if it was the new course I added. They would not respond or help. I would have gladly taken it off my StanStore but instead they just deleted me.

account was suspended for no reason, contacted support, they said theyd get back to me with a “specialist”. they never got back to me. messaged support again and they said “we cant tell you when you will be contacted, but we’ve made it urgent”. its been months and no message received. dont use stripe use wise or any other payment processor for invoices.

Please add more functionality relating to Connect account owners.

Stripe has many features missing in the mobile version. I was hoping they would have a system for transferring instantly to bank accounts and also adding debit card from mobile version. They also don’t have a way to transfer funds from one business to another within the same app.
