They don’t care about their users, no phone support, no one to talk to.
Muy bueno pero le falta
No puedo ver los detalles de la compra en la app. Es algo básico para poder usarla. Solo me sirve para saber que llego un pago, pero siempre tengo que estar yendo a la computadora a checar el pedido. Arreglen eso por favor.

Held funds not paid
I have yet to be provided with a resolution regarding my delayed payout. I have waited over 120 days for funds that were placed on hold due to “fraud risk.” The 120 day time period has come and yet my funds have not been deposited into my account. I’m unable to speak with anyone on the phone. I’ve also been notified by a representative that my time was wasted as they provided me the wrong information. This app is a complete disaster

They can close your account for no reason and refund all the funds they’re holding back to the customers. You’ll have no option but to call the customer and ask for another form of payment beware you’ll lose money that way.

Removed instant payouts and refuse to say what the transaction volume needs to be.
Payouts take forever
Our payouts are talking up to 7 days now. Not sure why. Was only taking 1 day previously. Not sure what changed!
