Strongbox - Password Manager

Strongbox ia a great app but please allow disabling those “fancy” but mostly useless “wizard”-type interfaces that constantly interrupt the user flow in the app.

Strongbox is really the best app for password management. And I can say that, after trying a lot of other alternatives. Starting in the beginning with 1Password, lastpass, Google Chrome Password Manager, going further with Apple Password Manager, Keepass Touch and ending with Keepasium. What I really wanted : a solution to use seamless across my iPhone, Apple Tablet, MAC and of course work station with Windows and on all these platforms to handle my passwords and synchronise them. But wait, what about data protection, where are my password saved? Well, this triggered me to search and get finally to THE solution : Strongbox. Now with the one subscription for macOS and iOS they really did a good job. The money that you have to pay will definitely make a difference when you put everything in balance. Don’t forget, when something is free in the end you are the product… noting is for free. With Strongbox on my Apple platform and Keepass on my Windows platform everything is perfect in terms of synchronisation, everything is done on my cloud via WebDav and it works wonderful. Strongbox you really smashing it, you are the best!! Good job!

A very polished password manager with loads of useful features! Love it! This combined with KeePassXC on desktop makes password management a breeze! And you don’t have to depend on a third party keeping your passwords safe.

As someone who has used different passwords managers through out the years: Apple Passwords, 1Password, Bitwarden; I always felt like something was missing. However, that’s not the case with Strongbox! I did a lot of research about keepass and its clients, thought it would be tough to switch over to such a private password manager from one of the mainstream ones, but Strongbox made it super easy! Don’t see myself switching anytime soon.

WebDAV, keepass, and the autofill feature makes Strongbox easily the most used app on my phone. I’m a big fan of the app and the dev team is very responsive.

Along with Bitwarden, Simplelogin, and uBlock Origin, Strongbox is one of my favorite apps. It’s intuitive UI and ease of use makes it one of the best Keepass implementations

Strongbox has so many great features like autofill. One particular feature better than any other Manager I’ve seen is its password strength meter. One look and you’ll get a great idea of how weak or strong your password is. Of course, when you let Strongbox create the password for you it’s going to be super strong.

I have used this program for years and never had an issue. I no longer have the PC that I use to sync my phone and back up my passwords. After a recent phone switch, I couldn’t access my passwords. I immediately emailed the support team and they were amazing in helping me get things back. After things were restored, they even helped me get it cleaned up and learn how to maximize the program. They were so patient and gave detailed instructions. I am so grateful and love this program!

My secure KeePass databases are kept on an SFTP server and I access them from multiple computers, both Mac and Windows. I was very happy to find this app because it can access my databases and helps me keep everything synced! Works great - support is responsive and helpful - I love the features! I bought a lifetime pro license once I used it for a little while. One of my most used and trusted apps! The Mac desktop version is great too!

I usually don't rate apps, but this one deserves it. I can't imagine my life without a password manager so powerful like strongbox. Syncing works perfectly across my devices.
