Remote office

It’s a great app for remote office work. I’m a architectural firm that needs to access drawings constantly. It’s been a life saver during lockdown. Highly recommended.

Much promise, so many bugs

When it works, it works well. Unfortunately, it seldom works as promised. On my Samsung S4 it crashes all the time. For example, when I tap on PHOTOS it crashes within 5 seconds - each and every time. On the iPad, the problem is to get photos from my S4 synced. It continuously claims that everything is synced but when I compare, it is clear that it isn't. After many tries and a long time, it will then finally attempt another, incomplete sync. O yes, and forget about syncing many photos with autolock enabled - it quickly runs out of background processing time - something dropbox never does. No, forget about this app. There are better options.

Disappointing Upload Times for Camera Backup

I've paid for the 60gb facility and have found it somewhat disappointing. Whilst the app is great for syncing general documents between my laptop and mobile devices, I find the camera upload / backup painfully slow. The 'background' updates don't really work - the app has to be open to upload photos. Sometimes I have to leave the app running throughout the night to upload camera pics. I've reverted to competitor products for camera uploads. Also, the update using 3G doesn't seem to work for photos either.

My best sync app

One can say that I have everything I could expect from this empowering app. If possible, Sugar sync can also get or develop a task management app which can sync with this app to keep the data there too

Syncing instantaneously. User interface is easy enough for my 7 yr old son to understand....

Great app. All it misses is an option to upload iPad files in certain cases. But one can get around that.
