Swann Security

Followed all the instructions and it keeps red lining my entry to go check my internet. I have several times and ensuring that I was on the right frequency. Still gives error message. There has to be a hack around this! Damn thing is useless!!!! Will definitely think twice about purchasing any other Swann products!

Only All events useless

This used to work, I’m getting to the point where I might just bin the cameras and look at other options. Play back just doesn’t work anymore. Live view will only work if I disconnect my phone from wifi. Not sure what’s happened but it’s really disappointing.

Last app update ruined this product. I don’t get alerts anymore. Discover them a whole day later, but can’t get them to play back. Also takes forever to get live stream up for cameras. MASSIVE security issue (what’s the point of security cameras if you can’t access them????). Time for a slogan change: Swann… security you CAN’T trust.

Let me be short and to the point: This app does not work on ios(iphone etc) period. Read other reviews before you buy swann cameras, they have released many versions of the app since 2019 but it simply doesn't work, if you do not trust my review just read other reviews here and elsewhere. Very frustrating. Look at swann responses, all they say is:”we are sorry to hear about your experience… blah blah”

I paid 1 year plan and cancelled. It supposed to support me until November.7,2025. It’s because I paid year amount. But they stopped play back service. I just realized I lost my money.

Doesn’t work constantly disconnects and not consistent

The app started bugging out after the last update and I can’t do anything

So slow, doesn’t load feed and now app just closes when trying to open after last update

I can’t live stream any of my cameras anymore since the most recent update which poses a real problem for these being security cameras.
