Hola tengo un modelo con algunos años que use hace tiempo y no aparece en la app para poder vincular de nuevo. Es el SWWHD-INTCAM. Gracias

Por fin he podido agregar la cam a la app pero me es casi imposible verla en directo, ademas no graba todo lo que debería, desde que cambio la app no he sido capaz de que funcione correctamente.

No conecta con el servicio Swann en la nube A quedado solucionado.

Falla mucho

Llevamos con las cámaras y la app unos 4 meses y, aunque la app iba siempre un poco lenta, estábamos muy contentos en general con la compra. Sin embargo, llevamos dos semanas o así que DIARIAMENTE nos saca de todos los dispositivos y tenemos que acceder y poner la contraseña de nuevo. Esto a veces ocurre por la noche y cuando nos despertamos nos hemos dado cuenta que si hubiera pasado algo no nos hubieran llegado las notificaciones porque no estábamos loggeados. Tenemos marcada la opción de ‘Recordarme’ pero nada.... Espero que lo arreglen pronto porque si no vamos a tener que devolver nuestras 12 cámaras...!

The app sends a notification when movement is sensed so we also bought an alarm to help wake us up when she gets up. I highly recommend that you add a repeatable alarm feature to the app. It would be so useful, helping us know motion is occurring, even when we aren’t near the dedicated alarm. The notification is too brief to be useful at times when we’re not near the alarm.

How can I update freezing every time slow when we go to review cameras

I’ve had the flood light cameras for a while and on several houses. Things have happened and by the time it connects to the app, the things have gone. No recording. Just got the Swann buddy doorbell for Christmas and it’s even worse. Son pulled in came up to the door, and did his business and still didn’t show the car in the driveway. I’m disappointed in Swann, the app, and its products and when I move, will get a different brand. You can’t secure your house and family if you can see what’s happening real time. And no, I have fiber 500Mbsp downloads and both devices show connection is 100%

I bought the little wifi antenna and it was connecting fine till this last update. Now even though it says everythings okay nothing works over wifi. No time sync, no check for updates, no cameras no nothing but WIRED is fine. I give up since i got that going. Antenna was a waste if money though… and yes it’s the swann wifi usb antenna bought directly from swann off the website.
