Please have someone look at the recent app update performed two weeks ago. Since that time, there is no longer the option to “Pair” or “Unpair” cameras under the “Camera Status” tab.

My NVR 16 channel worked ok for few years but the lates update destroyed everything. When I open my app on my phone less than 10 seconds the app stop working. My internet speed is 1000 mbps download and 500 mbps upload. I checked my NVR and it has the latest update. This issue started after Swann updated the software that was about 6 months ago. I would leave 0 starts if that was an option. I give up on Swann removed my NVR that had 12 cameras and I replaced that with HikVision. Also I forgot to mention every time I open the app it keeps telling me the time it’s not matching your NVR time and it wan to update. There is no option to turn that off. My NVR is in different state and the time is different but the app has no option to turn that off.

The app overall is okay, does what you’d expect. However, it seems like some recent update has some insanely inefficient components because my phone gets REALLY hot REALLY fast when I’m using it.

Hello - iOS devices are not showing the cameras when in “Live View”. Working fine when using Android devices.

Swann is the best security app for him.

It’s not bad overall however the Lights really do not work as I think they should. The lights are on constantly and cannot be shut off at night. They attract bugs which set off the motion sensors. The motion sensors should turn on the lights instead of the lights being on all the time is my rear door. I cannot use that door at night due to all the bugs.

This app is great, but until they return the old playback feature where it would load in the default apple player system I will be keeping the stars at 2. It is too hard too scroll through the timeline, when you are trying to go thur each camera individually and find the same spot without going to a computer or the system itself. And the video doesn’t even playback in full screen anymore either. So please bring back the default player it was much better than what it is now.

After current update, activity no longer shows count! Please fix. Cameras work nice, video is clear.

Hello, dev’s your new patch\update has caused the mobile app to be extremely, god offly slow to unresponsive. Syncing to the cameras, move the ptz. Cameras is pretty much a a dead stand still. It’s unusable. Please hurry and resolve my families safety depends on it.

The app doesn’t load playbacks . If I choose Hi def quality video will get pixelated.
