Im giving 1 star.. not working woth my swwhd-intcam model.. what should I do know?
App issues with IOS 16.4.1
Unable to successfully pair the device with iphone SE2. No selection appears on the “where did you purchase your device from?” and cannot proceed with the pairing process.
Good quality
The CCTV Swann camera is a good quality. Everything is perfect. I have no problem or issues with the device. This unit is highly recommended.
App won’t scroll
After updating to the latest version, the app won’t let me do anything I can’t click on anything or move anything. I only see the first 2 cameras live but I can’t scroll or click anything.
Version 1.6.4 Playback seek bar not working
Playback video plays but can’t scroll through the time to see specific times on the playback. Please fix thanks!!
Motion Sensor
We have the motion sensor in the hallway outside our daughter’s bedroom. It works great for informing us when she gets up in the middle of the night. The app sends a notification when movement is sensed so we also bought an alarm to help wake us up when she gets up. I highly recommend that you add a repeatable alarm feature to the app. It would be so useful, helping us know motion is occurring, even when we aren’t near the dedicated alarm. The notification is too brief to be useful at times when we’re not near the alarm.

How can I update freezing every time slow when we go to review cameras
The DELAY is Ridiculous
I’ve had the flood light cameras for a while and on several houses. Things have happened and by the time it connects to the app, the things have gone. No recording. Just got the Swann buddy doorbell for Christmas and it’s even worse. Son pulled in came up to the door, and did his business and still didn’t show the car in the driveway. I’m disappointed in Swann, the app, and its products and when I move, will get a different brand. You can’t secure your house and family if you can see what’s happening real time. And no, I have fiber 500Mbsp downloads and both devices show connection is 100%
