How anyone gives this anything but zero have no idea You cannot access any functionality via the app or HubSpot on IoS. Just trying to check an active list is impossible Appalling when we pay so much for HubSpot
I’ve used HS for years. The website is buggy and the app is pointless. Unless you’re a very early stage start up don’t use this company. I contract for a publicly listed organisation still using them and we are all counting down the days until SF is onboarded. The system is terrible
For a product as good as HubSpot is, it’s a shame that their app is so buggy. The UX is confusing and completely unlike their desktop product. The dashboards don’t load, just flickering white boxes where the widgets should be. This app is a bare bones shell if the full product and not a useful tool.
When you start the app, it says "This didn't load correctly" in the middle of the screen. Nothing else.
What a truly awful product.. use Salesforce if you can. The slightest feature you want to use, they ask you to upgrade. You then upgrade they ask you to upgrade again! Their UX is truly painful to watch. It’s as if their product managers have no clue how to build a product and overcomplicate everything And last but not least, their customer support is non-existant. Stay as far away as you can

The application downloaded and then failed to open up as it crashed immediately
Finally you can create a ticket on the app which doesn’t require you to log on the desktop/website. Best feature to date. Loads more features which is good. The only downfall, is now it is slower and takes longer to switch between tabs that’s why I’ve rated it 4* Hopefully there will be another update to rectify this. I felt compelled to update my review - when sending emails from the app, it marks that it is an external email in red to the customer whereas this didn’t do it before (needs to be removed) - unable to copy a selected message (copies the entire thread - again, it was perfectly fine before)
