I downloaded the app to my iPhone 13 and it crashes as soon as it opens.

Living next to Olympic Stadium and still outside service area. Making an appointment for the shop next to my house is possible, but I have to wait 4 days to go there. Great concept, when it would actually work.

Swapfiets has no time to service your bike. If it breaks you'll be waiting a week before it's fixed

My bike is now broken for a month and noone is coming to fix. I book appointments (earliest in two weeks) but they just call you at the location (with no pre information) and If you miss the call they just leave (happened to me twice, called back 5 mins later). If you cannot have this service then whats the point in paying Swapfiets?!

Failed to deliver my bike. Suggested another delivery time in 4 days!!!! To pick up myself I have to make an appointment through the app but it crashes 1 second after I launch it

Let op, als je hebt opgezegd blijven ze toch incasseren ondanks bevestiging van opzegging!!! Indirecte oplichting dus...

Gemaakte afspraak kon niet doorgaan vanwege gebrek aan voorraad. Vervolgens gaf Laurie van de klantenservice ook nog eens een grote mond en ging vervolgens op.
