Skuffede cykelkvaliet og langsom …

… Reparationstid

Umuligt at booke tid til reparation

Der er alt for få tidspunkter til reparation, hvilket betyder, at jeg går uden cykel i en uge. På den måde forsvinder hele idéen med et have en Swapfiets.

Bad service

Bad guarantee that it has so that it does not last a month in good condition! The light can stop working while you walk and for that reason the police fine you later and they do not take charge. They leave a lot to be desired

Kan ikke booke tider. Har fået beskeden “der opstod en fejl” i måneder nu.

Jeg kan aldrig vælge en dag

Jeg har nu flere gange måtte skrive til jer på mail for at få en tid til reparation. Hver gang, jeg vil booke tid over jeres app, står der, når jeg skal vælge en dag, “der opstod en fejl”. Det er utrolig irriterende, når man betaler for en cykel med reparation, at man så ikke kan bruge jeres app og skal skrive til jer over mail, hvor man ikke kan vælge en dag, man kan komme. Jeg oplevede, at jeg på dagen fik en mail om, at jeg havde en tid, men der var jeg ikke hjemme. Jeg har flere gange på mail sendt screenshots af, at jeg ikke kan vælge en dag i appen, men der bliver tydeligvis ikke gjort noget ved det.

Aldrig tider

Man (jeg) betaler for hurtigt at komme videre hvis der er problemer med cyklen. Der er bare altid ventetid på minimum et par dage. Ikke pengene værd
