Useless service for emergencies. I have to wait for 3 days for a faulty locking system.

App keeps crashing
I downloaded the app to my iPhone 13 and it crashes as soon as it opens.
Out of service area…
Living next to Olympic Stadium and still outside service area. Making an appointment for the shop next to my house is possible, but I have to wait 4 days to go there. Great concept, when it would actually work.
Scam
Swapfiets has no time to service your bike. If it breaks you'll be waiting a week before it's fixed
No way to book a repair service on point
My bike is now broken for a month and noone is coming to fix. I book appointments (earliest in two weeks) but they just call you at the location (with no pre information) and If you miss the call they just leave (happened to me twice, called back 5 mins later). If you cannot have this service then whats the point in paying Swapfiets?!
Fix the startup crash
Failed to deliver my bike. Suggested another delivery time in 4 days!!!! To pick up myself I have to make an appointment through the app but it crashes 1 second after I launch it
Blijven incasseren
Let op, als je hebt opgezegd blijven ze toch incasseren ondanks bevestiging van opzegging!!! Indirecte oplichting dus...
Service en fietsen zijn slecht
Het wiel draait constant en de zogenaamde aangedraaide onderdelen draaien ook zo los
Only help through bookings - bookings are full for the next two weeks
Not the service I signed up for. It doesn’t help me if I need to wait two weeks to get an appointment.
