FOR BEGINNERS
- Select 2 folders to synchronize.
- Select the synchronization mode, or use the default mode. You do not need to worry about other settings, they are set to the recommended.
- Look at the preview table.
- Click the "Sync current task" button and your folders will be synchronized!
FOR PROFESSIONALS
- 9 sync modes (In-App Purchases).
- 6 file comparison modes allow to synchronize files on the storage devices with different file systems.
- Sync files with all attributes (timestamps, tags).

Does the job elegantly

Even though we're in 2022, the idea of letting software do my professional backup routines has always made me feel uneasy. But Sync Folders Pro's interface and functionality makes backing up important project files and databases for my video work a breeze. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic Program

I have tried this program for some time, and I am impressed. Works great! Recommended.

Easy to use and fast

Very happy with Synchfolders pro. Easy to use and fast. Uses it to synch files over my network between Mac and Windows.

Fails to sync!

The app fails to identify a large number of new or changed files within the chosen folders. This is the single task I bought this software for. I eventually had to resort to manual syncing.

Easy and intuitive

Sleek, easy to use, intuitive. Works like a charm!

Not so easy to use

I used SW to sync file between external drive and a NAS. Missing possibility to preview which files is going to be copied.

It does not work

It never starts.You add all the info and hit «run» and nothing happens

The fuctions are there but it's unstable

This app has the functions it needs for a god sync app. But it is unstable. When it starts sync, it won't respond or it is very slow. The userguide is in poor english and could be better at explaining the different sync modes. Syncing is dagerous, so a nice touch is the way it can store files it deletes under syncing (older files with same name etc…). It's a nice bacup so you don't loose your files if you sync the wrong way. The stability issue is the bad thing here, I'm looking for a more stable alternative. (Macbook pro 15" retina)

Poor stuff

It looked promising, but the app is buggy and makes the iMac crash over and over again. Did they test it before they sent it out.
