Synology Drive

…add the ability to download whole folders to the phone, instead of having to do it one file at a time.

I was using DS File and it told me to switch to Drive so I did, but the functionality is completely different. You can’t navigate folders in Drive which seems ridiculous. Maybe I am wrong. Is there a way to navigate folders and move files around like DS File?

Slow reconnect to server and frequently crash

This app could be so much better. It constantly have connection issues. Trying to upload a document to my Synology drive is a real problem. This should be as easy as Dropbox and iCloud sync but it’s not.

Synology Drive is very easy and convenient as like as google drive. It’s more than an google drive.

missing free up space option after backup all photos. Please fix this issue.

Happy that you can now sync folders for offline access, and that you can edit Synology Office files. Found that when I export odocs it converts to docx, excellent! Would love to be able to convert a docx to odoc on the phone next, so I can edit it without having to copy/paste. Overall an excellent app that helps keep everything synched between my phone, laptop, home and work. Use it everyday!

Looking for a way to sync pro-res videos from my iPhone to my NAS. This allows me to select multiple videos but out of 10 videos it stops after 2. As well there is no way to monitor the upload process. However inside the Synology Photo app, there is. This app needs better upload capabilities, and monitoring as well to be reliable.

Trying to use Synology Drive on 2 different iPhones (10 and 11) and an iPad to back up pictures. Works just fine with a local IP. However using quick connect I get the following error SYNOWebAPIErrorDomain error 0. If I take the quick connect link and paste into Safari no problems. I will update if this gets resolved but for now……..
