Good, but have to fill out forms for free version
It’s an excellent app, but when you’re flagged as commercial and use it personally, you have to fill out forms to restore the personal use. It takes a few days, but the app is great so it’s worth it.
Was great, now garbage
This app used to be amazing for personal use. Now if you want to log into your own computer remotely it times out after 2 minutes and asks you to pay 700+ a year. No thank you, there are many other free options that allow longer than 2 minutes.
Worst experience trying to set up
Keeps asking for password to connect to a pc but the pc app does not have a password set, it only shows - in the password box. I wish I could bill for the wasted hours trying to set this garbage up.
Worst app ever
Trying to milk people by give the 10 seconds 10 seconds of connection will not do anything I’ll go and download different free app there is ton of it , unfortunately team viewer becomes to bad not like before I don’t recommend it.
Constantly fighting to prove personnal use
I am constantly having to fight to prove i’m using it for personnal use. Every few weeks/months, my account get restricted and flagged for suspected for commercial activity eventough I have been using it the same way for home use for years and signed their declaration of personnal use several time amd had their agent investigate my use dozen of time. Very exhausting and a huge waste of time. Switching to parsec for my pc and anydesk for me phone.
Frustrating
Seems to only be interested in selling you a licence, despite claiming the free edition is good for one personal use computer. No support, no help if TeamViewer mistakenly thinks you’re pulling a fast one Stitck to VNC or RDP

Extremely slow and glitchy
