After reading about parking in parts of Spain I decided to download the app to make things easier and cheaper. Everything went well until inputting the car registration, I have tried as many combinations as I could come up with & each time comes back invalid plate. I don’t have the time or patience now to translate a conversation with the bot so looks like I will be paying the higher parking fees

Took money out of my account for 2+ transactions that I didn’t use. Check your bank statements carefully. Scam company

Please do not use this app, but if you do, be cautious when purchasing a full day pass because it does not apply to all parkings in the area in which you purchase (in my case Tossa and no, it does not warn you on the app) and that will result in you being charged upon exit a second time. Customer service is horrendous and they also do not respond well when being asked why these situations happen. Por favor no usen esta aplicación, y si lo hacen, no compren pases para un día completo ya que no aplican a todos los parking (no lo dicen en la app) y te cobrarán dos veces. El servicio al cliente también es nefasto y no responden a preguntas.

Seems a good app if the traffic wardens had access to the information.. paid to park in the main car park in peniscola. Put plenty of time so I could overrun got back with an hour too spare, and had a ticket on my car. Lucky the warden was still on site otherwise i assume I would have had too go to court. So had to drive round for the rest of the holiday looking for Street parking.

Easy to set up and use

I’m currently in a carpark having entered by ANPR and now the app keeps crashing so I can’t update my payment method in order to leave!

What is the point of a parking App that requires you to enter a Spanish or Portugese tax id too ok be able to use it. What if you are from one of the other EU countries - such as Czech Republic 🇨🇿 - or a non-EU country - such as U.K. 🇬🇧or USA 🇺🇸. Ridiculous and useless.

Just been charged nearly €20 for parking used by someone else in a vehicle I rented 2 years ago. No user approval or even a simple notification of the usage, just charges automatically unless you delete the vehicle from the app. Won’t be using the apps again.

App facil y muy practica

Every time I pay it keeps saying “payed” when it should be “paid” and it hurts. Please fix. Also very expensive fee
