Wir haben in Valencia im Parkhaus Mercato de Ruzafa für fast vier Tage geparkt, auf der Homepage hieß es“ Parken ab 17,-€/Tag“, die Endabrechnung war dann bei 96,-€, warum weiß keiner und kann man auch nicht detailliert in der Endabrechnung erkennen; also teurer kann man auch ohne App nicht Parken und am Automat sieht man wenigstens die Kostenübetsicht. So eine App braucht niemand!
Tried to contact support to delete my account sicne I don't want to use the app anymore and my credit can't cant be deleted. Support pages and in 404 messages and Support only available in Portugese and Spanish despite providing an english app
I was just once Parking in your House and like to charge my electric car. This only works when I load this app and create an account. For this bad service I give one star.
Cuando se quiere pagar fuera del horario no deja gestionar el pago hasta el próximo tramo horario hábil.
Obrigam a registo imediato sem opção de entrar na app, ver preços, e sair. Mas depois do registo não há qualquer informação sobre os preços dos parques; só é possível reservar por dias inteiros (e a preços muito superiores aos normais!!!); e ao pedir para apagar a conta, em vez de simplesmente apagar, vai para um chat ridículo onde ainda demoram 24h a responder………… que app inútil!
This app is pure scam. They lure you with an discount of “up to 40%” to download the app and share your data. When entering the dont share you the price. Only when exiting the car park you can find an invoice in the app. For me it ended up to be more expensive then if I would have not used the app. While in the app it says “discount active” giving you wrong impression of that your are actually getting an 40% discount. Absolutely ridiculous.
You should think about either adding the rest of the countries or removing the Tax ID completely. As a foreigner coming to visit and driving, I need the easiest way to park the car - license plate and means of payment. The app is useless with 2 countries on the list.
