Amazing range of workouts
I subscribed to TF a month ago, being really reluctant whether I would like it or not, since I am a huge HIT workouts fan. To my surprise not only Tasha manages to share a variety of different options for everyone but is also very positive and cautious with the instructions on how to do Pilates correctly. Hence, I advanced to an annual subscription. I train with TF five times a week alongside cardio, and I have seen some great results. I would recommend it with no doubt.
