And at home! It’s so easy to just play one video and get at least my 25 minute movement of the day. And that feeling after… I just love everything about it, my body has changed a lot in the best way!!

Brilliant. Effective. No need to kill yourself doing something heavier. You’re going to love Tasha and her workouts! trust the process you will see and feel results immediately. I love you can screen the workouts to your TV so it is pretty comfortable to watch and do.

If I had to choose only one type of exercise to do for the rest of my life, I would definitely choose Pilates. And if I had to choose an instructor I would definitely choose Tasha.

I really enjoy Tasha’s classes. Is the only type of exercise that doesn’t hurt my back and I am in love. I could not recommend it enough🤍 everybody should do TF-Studio pilates. ✨

I love how fun and challenging the workouts are Tasha is a great instructor that keeps it moving and before you know it, the workout is finished and you feel strong and sore the next day. I’ve done a lot of workout apps in this one is proving to be a fast fav!
Exceptional Pilates
I decided to try T-F Studio and I’m so glad I did! There are so many amazing videos to choose from and they are easy to follow along to. In just the first week my body has become so much more toned and I can really feel my muscles working. I also enjoy the meditation videos as well :) Definitely worth it! I’m addicted!
