Created by Tasha Franken, a certified Pilates expert and nutritionist, these carefully-curated classes are designed for everybody using minimal space, time & equipment. Videos are seamlessly categorized by specific duration, body part and equipment, making it easy to choose exactly what you’re looking for.

Great platform if you love low impact workouts!! But for the price, I believe it could offer a little bit more such as a nutrition section for example

Really great app!!

Tasha Franken changed the way I feel about exercising. She has the best pilate’s method I have ever came across with, since it is both really challenging but so rewarding! Having this app now will be even better because I will be literally able to do her classes anywhere and whenever I feel like! The app is really easy to manage and my favorite feature is that you can “download” the classes and do it even if you do not have access to internet.

Most amazing workouts!

I started following these workouts by Tasha on YouTube when the pandemic began last year, and instantly subscribed when she announced the Studio. The new app is absolutely amazing and such a great way to move anywhere! Totally recommend it!
