Range have no sense to manage theirs business, with this poor apps

Your app doesn’t work and neither does your website! Infuriating. Do you not want people to purchase things from you??? Really terrible you need to sort it out urgently.

Every time I try to place my order, add my delivery address or attempt to check out, the app gets stuck trying to load the account details and I have to start again. I have tried restarting the app and restarting the whole process of selecting the items I want to purchase a number of times with no luck actually checking out. A real shame as the products are great but I’m afraid I’ll be ordering from elsewhere through an app that actually works. Very disappointing.

I placed my order and money taken from my account and no order processed. Now no customer service to respond just one time after 3 days . Now money taken no order number and no i can talk too. Never buy from them again.

I’ve tried to buy a particular brand of well reviewed but expensive paint that The Range is one of only three stockists for, and the only one that allegedly has access to stock right now. Allegedly. The paint brand has alleged ‘customer service’ contact details but steadfastly refuses to respond in any way. Despite this nonsense I have tried and apparently finally succeeded in paying for and placing an order with the Range today that took over an hour and a half in total. For a tin of paint! The app sign up process is hopelessly broken. The website sign up process is hopelessly broken. I was batted from “broken API” pillar to “page cannot be reached” post. Utterly infuriating. On finally receiving my order acknowledgement email I’m informed I have to wait a full WEEK for my tin of paint to be ‘delivered’ (only option). One hour later I received a notification that there is a ‘delay to your order’ but it’s still being processed. Delivery pushed back to the FOLLOWING week. For a tin of paint! Taken in conjunction with the disgraceful lack of response from the paint supplier to my original queries, this delayed delivery and then added delay without explanation, the next email I anticipate receiving is one cancelling my order without explanation. The app AND website links to the Range customer enquiry form DO NOT WORK. Despite showing as a successful order in my profile, it also still shows as sitting in my basket waiting to checkout! Why do business with suppliers who can’t supply, or even respond? It ultimately reflects badly on the Range, because that’s who I’m buying from. The app also reflects really badly too. So this week that’s awful buying and/or app experiences with The Range, Screwfix and Travis Perkins. This country currently has a serious, SERIOUS problem with the basics. I fear for the future.

I have bought an item online then rang to ask if my order ready I was on phone waiting an hour an 30 minutes still no one answered had to disconnect the call

Managed to order a water table for my toddler. Very poor quality and flimsy. Comes apart during play making it dangerous with the sharp components sticking out. Cant load the website or the app. to now request a return!

Been on this app for a while now. Won’t let me login and can’t put anything in the basket. “Sort the app out now as we are regular customers”.

I’m unable to access my basket. Even if I log out and back in or use the internet. So I can’t place an order. Emailed customer service but no response
