Horrible horrible pump, app and customer service Pumps never connect to app, pumps give inaccurate information on pumping amounts, if you change the settings for stronger suction it ‘forgets’ and goes back to weaker suction within minutes The customer care team just send paragraphs of copy and paste documents or even pdf documents themselves and ignore parts of questions. I’m having a problem specifically with connecting to the app and measurement of milk pumped and was told to wear black and not move while pumping…which defeats the purpose of a super expensive hands free pump right? Might as well have bought a hospital grade wall plug pump that’s ten times stronger if I’m not going to be able to move around.

Absolutely Rubbish Doesn’t Work

App is useless!

SheetsP on

Considering this pump is expensive you’d expect the app to be working correctly but it crashes everytime!! The measurements are also off on each feed so you have to readjust each time.

Great invention but lots to work on

Kat-CF on

This product has great potential but at £269 per pump I’d expect it to be far more fine tuned. Customer service is excellent and they have sent out a new pump to me twice when mine stopped charging. Both within 24hours. Plus the chat helpline is available 24 hours. Fantastic! There seems to be an issue with the batteries and although I’m not certain I’m pretty sure the batteries are not suited to being charged on mains electric as it seems to go wrong when I’ve done so but better on a laptop etc. The amount of milk it says you have pumped is hugely inaccurate and will tell you it’s full when it’s not. It worked well the first couple of times I used it but after that not so great. The battery life is pretty poor and I find it need charging after every pump. Really not ideal. The spare parts and accessories are really expensive Even though it says you can, you definitely can’t sterilise in heat. Everything warps badly. pretty sure they know this as the accessories are only guaranteed for 90 days when the motor is for 2 years 🤔 That said it’s been such a great thing for me anc given me back some freedom. I just don’t tend to use the app as it’s so inaccurate and often loses contact with the pump anyway. Not sure it’s worth the £269 yet but hopefully if they sort these issues then it would be pretty close.

Love the App - hate the quantity information

conorati1 on

If the app could be tweaked so that the pumps can more accurately predict the quantity then it would be really really useful!

It just doesn’t work for me

SofiaPopix on

It’s frustrating seeing all those positive reviews, when my experience is one of poor connectivity with the pump and a a buggy account retrieval process. I just tried to give the app another go after months and I forgot my password. I got the reset email but when I click on the link it, it takes me to an empty app page with the word ‘dashboard’ and no clickable areas. Unimpressed.

Poor app for good pump

Jo Swinson on

The app just isn’t up to scratch. It constantly disconnects from the pump, even when it says it’s connected in my phone settings. It also never correctly estimates the milk yield. Not sure why the function is on there as it just doesn’t work

Functional but could be improved

Lbxy100 on

I love that the app allows you to control the pump and track your sessions but I do see a couple of obvious improvements: - a timer that is able to be set by the minute; not the current 5 minute increments - ability to add comments to each session - better way of inputting volume, it’s not time efficient to tap the button multiple times to get it to the desired amount and would be easier to just write the input in I think these additions would make the app even more useful.

Nice app but doesn’t know how to combine volume

Bara166 on

Overall I really like this app. It’s simple and straightforward and I love that it gives you volume indication in real time. I almost always pump on both sides using the pause function. When I do this, the volume doesn’t add up properly. Whatever volume I pump on the first side is then added to the other side so it’s counted twice.

Make flanges to fit

shortwelshmama on

Great product in the way they are hands free and discreet but it would be so helpful if you made the flanges to go with them. I think if you did more people would buy them.
