Very nice add on in my daily routine. I can see this taking the place of massage

Wont let me edit my routines on a Theragun Elite version 4. Says i need to update my firmware. Weird because the device says im on the latest firmware.

Theragun Plus is categorically and unequivocally the best massage gun on the market. Top Tier I use the gun daily

The filtering feature could use some work as is confusing and returns too many results. It’s not possible to view the video without having the theragun on and running - which is frustrating if you want to get an idea of what you’ll be doing.

Great and clean App. However, would love to see an Apple Watch app. A watch app would take this to the next level

Registering the product is a challenge; they don’t tell you where the serial number is. After hide-and-seeking you see the absolute tiniest font of a 24+ digit code. Don’t know if that’s it but I registered three times with differing numbers and the site accepts apparently everything. SETTINGS on your unit gives some short numbers but it remains a mystery. Main mini booklet that comes in the unit has even TINY-er font. Can’t read even with iPhone magnifyer. Therabody, that size font isn’t worth putting the booklet in but I guess ya have to cover yourselves. Next time put the routines on paper instead of thicker-than-playing cards cardboard and put instructions in a respectable size 8 font. Bluetooth connection has no easy to access info either. Just says to do it. Googling got me an answer but all this took WAY too much time to set up a massager. And I’m pretty good tech-wise, setting up my family on all kinds of electronics.

This app is terrible. It logs me out once a month and never saves the login information so I have to type it in every time. I emailed customer support about it and they basically said “the app is doing what it is supposed to do.” Glad to know I can’t get a honest answer from a human and just a robot response. Not to mention no one cares about the music you play in the app. Let people play their own music while they use your products. Very annoying the app stops any other sound/app from making noise.

Forces me to type in password on account creation. Incompatible with password manager. Can’t even create account
