Too short

The different exercises is too short etc 30 s for calves is a joke.

Lots of potential, poor execution

I actually like the way the refresh is intended. However, the first routine I tried (lower body recovery) didn’t have a proper graphic for the very first body part (foot) leaving me a little confused at first. This was followed by an almost stressful experience of trying to quickly switch the device between body parts since there’s no time allotted for that, and made harder by the screen frequently dimming as the phone considered locking itself. So there definitely some UI challenges yet to be considered. Worth noting that Watch pairing doesn‘t seem to work yet either - it stops at the „setting up, please don‘t do anything“ stage.
