아이패드로 그림을 더 크게 보기 위해서 다운받았는데
아이폰보다 더 짤려서 나옵티다. 특히 팔뚝부위는 그림이 더 짤려서 앞인지 뒤부분인지 헷갈립니다. 정말 실망이에요ㅠ

각 동작 넘어갈때 여유 시간이...
각 동작 넘어갈때 여유 시간이 없어요. 바로바로 다음 동작으로 넘어가니 넘 불편하네요. 다음 동작 넘어 가기전 5초 정도 다음 동작에 대한 준비 시간이 필요 할 것 같아요.
아직은 부족
근육별로 더 다양한 루틴이 필요할 것 같습니다.
