Theragun mini Bluetooth not paring with app
It shows the options to pair but it doesn’t work at all, please fix it.
Disappointing
I loved the app for the short time it worked. It wouldn’t pair with my theragun mini anymore so I removed the device and support told me to uninstall and reinstall the app to pair it and that didn’t work either. Support chat was inside the app so yeah I give up. Excellent products and I stand by the benefits of all I have bought: theragun, mini, and goggles. Need a new app dev team because this app does not function at all. So disappointing to have a Bluetooth enabled device that doesn’t connect. Better off not spending extra money on useless Bluetooth.
Very disappointed
I’m not sure if the app or the Smart Goggles are to blame but either way, I’m very disappointed. What a waste of money. Goggles and app shut off after first few minutes because app can’t get sufficient data from the HRM on the goggles. Goggles are snug on face with HRM maintaining contact with cheekbone at all times (as per the instructions) and still, HRM/ app are faulty. Don’t waste your money.
Decent, but not brilliant
I chose the Theragun due to the app. For the most part, this was a good choice. However, during the summer they added videos that now have taken over my audio feed so I can’t play my own audio while using it and they removed the colour coding for how hard to push, which means I often miss it as I’m watching the video and only peripherally the pressure indicator. Also, there is no AI customization of the treatments, which is obviously going to be a game changer for however does a good job implementing it.
Latest update has issues
The UI for the latest update is mediocre. I find it harder to see where I am in a routine and what’s next. My main issue is my device goes to sleep mid routine if I don’t touch the screen. As well there used to be a slight hiccup between routines, which was helpful to indicate a change. I programmed a 1 sec pause in the settings, but the slight hiccup was better. Still love the device though!
Longtime User - Fix Version 7.0
Longtime, and relatively happy user, of the app and theragun. The latest update is a disappointment. Not criticizing the UI, it’s quite nice, but there’s a bunch of fixes required to restore the normal functionality. For one, the app no longer stays running for routines and if the screen turns off the gun stops too. Second, why was the haptic effect on the gun removed? I normally relied on this cue to switch from left to right and overnight it was removed.
Latest app update is a problem
Happy user for 1+ year but most recent app update is bad enough that I’m leaving a review. UX is way better but now allows phone to sleep if no interaction & no longer pauses automatically to change attachments. Fix this please - previous version was great
Great, but I can’t add my new Theragun Prime
It is amazing for the goggles. Love them and the routines. I upgraded from the Theragun Mini to the Prime. The app won’t let me add it. I uninstalled the app on my phone, signed out and in again. I foolishly deleted the mini thinking maybe there was two device max. Will update review if the app bug gets fixed.
Works great
I don’t have any of the issues other ppl experience. No overheat on my iPhone 14 pro. The presets work as expected and I don’t have any login or registration issues. I would rate it 6 stars if the app could perform the massage sessions hands free lol
