Even after deleting and downloading the app again it’s no longer responding.. keeps crashing

Keeps crashing the app, when using it with a mini 2.0 the screen keeps turning off after x seconds and the procedure stops.. make it so it doenst lock please and fix myroutines

This app is nothing but a collection of dark patterns and poor design. First off it doesn’t recognize existing account and wants to force you to create an app only account, which is terrible design, however not as terrible as the decision to disable pasting into the email and password fields.

for quite a while I see. Please fix this Theragun! Your equipment is too expensive not to have a descent working app

The home page is empty after loading. And I can’t search by typing some routines in the search bar. Als is my “saved” tab suddenly empty and I can’t add my routines back because the “home” tab doesn’t work. No I can only do routines the app thinks I need to go through the For you page.

Since update app doesn’t connect to Theragun Prime anymore. On iPhone and iPad, same problem. Tried all tricks but no joy

Since their latest update, which was Bluetooth improvement the Bluetooth does not connect anymore.

I got the Elite and have been using the product for a week, super helpful device to remove tension and pain! The app is really buggy, and for me I can not see my progress via the treatment program. After a while I don’t really use the app so much . A shame though because the force meter and timer function is great but can only be seen while running a treatment.

I like the improvements made compared to a year ago, but there’s still much to improve upon on all kinds of fronts. Excited to see where the app is headed !! (:

Sometimes during a program the app freezes. Time is still running but the picture is not going to the next.
