Seit dem neuesten Firmware Update ist eine Connection zum Amp nicht mehr möglich. Bis dahin lief alles einwandfrei. Geht absolut nicht klar, da sich das Potential des THR wirklich nur mit der App ausschöpfen lässt.

Latest Version Jan 30 2023 is installed and updates or connection via USB is unstable. Says it can’t update because it can’t make a backup. This is so frustrating
Läuft endlich gut
Seit Update auf 1.44 Firmware läuft die App vernünftig. Wenn noch für die einzelne Presets die das Guitar Vol gespeichert werden könnte gäbe es 5 Sterne.

Ständige Verbindungabbrüche. Nutzlos.
Die App verbindet sich mit dem Amp nach eigener Lust und Laune entweder gar nicht oder nach Zufallsmuster. In dem Bluetooth-Kontrollfeld erscheinen ZWEI Verstärker, obwohl ich nie einen zweiten hatte (und auch kein Nachbar einen hat). In der App auf iPad Pro kann ich das Bluetooth-Gerät gar nicht erst verknüpfen. Zudem kommt, dass alle eigenen Sounds LOKAL gespeichert werden. Eine Möglichkeit, sie in der Cloud zu sichern, besteht nicht. So gehen schon mal Einstellungen verloren. Eine Katastrophe. Wäre es Freeware: geschenkt, aber diese App gehört zu einem ziemlich teuren Verstärker! Ohne sie ist der Zugriff auf Funktionen nur rudimentär. Yamaha hat es nicht nötig, auf nachfragen zu reagieren. Ich we4de nie wieder etwas von Yamaha kaufen.
