Excellent companion App
The Thr10 practice amp is a fantastic piece of equipment. It makes you want to play - and without the hassle or noise of switching on a bigger amplifier. This is the perfect companion app that gives you access to further amps/cabinets/effect controls etc. It also allows easy combining of my irig blueboard Bluetooth pedal board with the amp. I haven’t tried the interface capabilities yet but I mainly bought it for practicing my various guitars on. So far it was easy to dial in a beautiful tone for both my Tele and my Cole Clark acoustic, others to try soon.
I guess the only thing I’ve noticed that I would make a suggestion over is being able to have the app work in background mode. The Bluetooth pedal only works when the app is in the foreground and it ceases working when you switch to another app. It would be great if it continued to work when you switched to a music chart, or a backing track or some such. I don’t know how difficult it would be to update the app to work in the background but I’ve noticed other music apps have been updated thus and it would make this app even better than it is. Otherwise it’s great. Thanks.
Doesn’t work on iOS anymore
It worked once, then apple updated iOS and now it won’t connect.
PC version works fine and the streaming works fine, but not the remote function.
Trying on a THR10ii Wireless
Great App but..
One small issue i got stuck on was that the app was not able to sync up with the amp plugged in as an interface, but everything was fine after it was just on its own.
