All my presets are gone!!
Very buggy and inconsistant app. Should do a simple update on my THR which was not simple at all. After alot of trying I managed to update it but now all my beloved presets are gone altough it said they would be backed up.

Good of it worked
I had a hard time just to turn the knobs. Sometime I could adjust gain, but not consistently. Bad UI
It works after updating phone
Since I updated my iPhone the app start to work as it should and I like it. But it would be great to be able to control guitar volume from the app. Right now the only way to control it is from the knob.
Please make efforts to fix app stability
Literally can't use the app. The functionality would be brilliant if the connection was stable and the app didn't constantly freeze. Tried on two different iPads and two different phones after a THR firmware update and it still didnt work. I love the idea of all the variables in the app that would increase the functionality of the amp which was a huge selling point and a factor influencing my purchase choice. Only to be disappointed and to what I can see from Yamaha a pretty evident lack of interest to try and fix it. ( or lack of transparency that they can't fix it) Very disappointed as this would be an invaluable home studio tool after forking out the cash for the amp. Yamaha please look after your customers!

Looses bluetooth connection all the time, you can change one setting then it looses connection, please fix!
A total trainwreck
The iPad app is crashing all the time om my iPad Pro. It continuously asks me to update my amp to a new firmware which I have done twice on my computer. Every time I connect it to my iPad it looses connection first thing when I try to change a setting and then the I can’t connect to my THR after that. I am very disappointed with Yamaha who usually makes great stuff but this is just a disaster and makes my amp useless unless i just use it as a regular amp without connection to the app. It is the same problem with my iPhone 11pro. Please sort this out ASAP.
