Terrible app user experience since update
The old app used to be easy to navigate. For whatever reason, Three redesigned the UI of the app a few months ago and now the user experience is just terrible. It’s really hard to find bill and plan usage and navigation is terrible. Whilst the old app felt like a native app build, this feels like a poor web experience in the app. Please prioritise design and get feedback from your customers. Unfortunately with other mobile operators providing better user experiences and free EU roaming I will be looking to leave.
