The app is broken when buying a new data pack. When setting the plan up as auto-renew, it defaulted to an old invalid card and wouldn’t let not allow the card to be changed anywhere in the app or online. Three has the absolute worst customer service. They wasted hours of my time and were not able to help in any way.
Three Pay as You Go
As a pay as you go customer I find this app easy and straight forward, but what I think the app really could a widget, maybe with remaining allowances or pay as you go balances. Otherwise, it's useful and serves its purpose.

This app does not work. Every update the performance gets worse and worse. It does not let you into your account it just gives a blank screen most of the time. Often when I try to purchase an add-on, it places the add to cart button outside of my screen! So it is impossible to actually add anything to the cart.

It is like their goal is to give you the worst service possible. I bought this when i arrived to the uk hoping to use it for my journey and ended up connecting to every free wifi i could find ! Every time i say i will wait for the next city i am sure they have better coverage their i end up looking for wifi just to open google map ‘! Truly disgusting service and terrible internet not even google open up ! Stay away please do not buy their sim you will regret it.
Horrible, useless app
Confusing, slow and impossible to navigate, this app is incredibly poorly designed. On top of the horrible service one receives from 3 please look elsewhere for mobile plans
Truly the worst app i have ever used.
It seems like it was developed by a 6-year-old. It makes it impossible to actually buy products from them because 9 times out of 10 it crashes when you’re trying to check out.
Barely functioning app
I need the £15 monthly data plan each month so that I don’t run out of data. When I open up the Add-Ons sections, I can see the £10 pound and £20 plans. When I tap “View More” to see the £15 plan, nothing happens. When I accidentally add the wrong plan to my basket, I have to remove it from my basket - however, this removal doesn’t actually happen until I close and reopen the app 2 times. For a company of this size, their app is unacceptably terrible.

Mine is disappeared in account after reset and 10 hrs I don’t to reach out impossible b careful they will run away with your advances
Not able to register
I purchased pay as you go SIM for mobile WiFi but unable to check my account, see how much data I have left etc because verification is only available via text and US mobile phone number is not accepted. Very frustrating. Verification should be available via email as well. Travel to UK twice a year and never know when my data will run out.
