Wolt Delivery: Food and more

I scheduled an order literally two hours in advance, and that doesn’t seem to be enough for them to deliver on time.

Rijeka is a small town! You could easily deliver to Viskovo and Kastav!

I tried to create an account, but the validation message never got to my number. I tried to sign in through Facebook, even if I don’t like to connect apps with this social media, and also couldn’t register because it said that the email and the number were already being used. I don't have an account, I can't create one and I can't place an order. This app is rubbish

I’m using the app for a while, but I’ve never had rate though I was always satisfações with the quality of the app, its design, restaurants selections... but yesterday I was surprised as well by the customer service! Amazing! Congrats and wish you guys success to keep this high level of service!

The app works fine, it's fast and easy. I recommend!

לא רק שלוקחים 18 שקל דמי משלוח ועוד 2 שקל דמי תפעול. ההזמנה מתעכבת ואז גם ״נגנבת״ לשליחה, מקווה שהיה לה טעים לפחות. טעויות בהזמנות בלי סוף.

They almost always late and the customer service is hell! Just use Yango and save yourself some time and a lot of anger.

Horrible user experience, the app looks easy to use but prepare yourself for an exhausting goose chase after food quality, expiration, wrong deliveries and a range of other issues. All against the customer support representative of choice that would make you wish you didn’t order to begin with. ברמה האישית, אני מעדיף לקבל כדור בשתי הרגליים ולרוץ במרתון תל אביב מאשר להתנהל מול שירות הלקוחות של וולט בכל צורה שהיא. חוויה מזעזעת, לא ממליץ, לכו על משהו אחר ותקוו שזה לא נורא כמו פה.

The worst costumer experience I’ve ever had. They disrespect the client, including the client’s time and money. Mostly don’t give a f. I won’t use them again.
