無法取消訂單（故宮展覽），並無優良即時的退費機制及作業退費給消費者

此平台網路訂票並未告知優待票及普通票，一律用普通票價欺騙誤導消費者，無法順利於網站申請取消訂單並申請退費

服務很差

商家當日下雨不開放平台無法更改日期也無法退款。什麼都無法協助的公司真不知道我花錢還要買罪受
