Received tickets which to be fair weren’t available on the Colosseum website. But at 2x the price actually written on the ticket. Hadn’t realised the mark up was 100%. I’d be inclined to search elsewhere first and only use this app as a last resort.

Tiqets sent me a message to upgrade my package without alerting me there re certain rules , for example Can’t be late for the sightseeing spots otherwise my ticket will be forfeited . I purchased a ticket of Sagrade familia in Spain and was late by 45 minutes after being stuck in transport. While purchasing ticket directly from Sagrade familia would grant me a refund , purchasing from Tiqets doesn’t . After communicating to Tiqets that their ticket policy doesn’t mention that the consequence of being late , their customer service was not friendly and not helpful at all.
Tiqets sold me tickets to a venue for a night when it was closed. After I arrived at the venue to find it closed and contacted them, they said they could arrange to transfer my tickets to another day - as if I should be very grateful that they were allowing me to do this!! They eventually gave me a refund but only after much begging. They certainly didn’t offer to pay for my cab fare too and from the venue
The company charged currency conversion fee via the credit card company for ticket bought in my local currency. Secondly, many museums does not require locals to pay for tickets. However, this information is not clearly shown and can be confusing. The vendor will use the sentence that no refund is allowed against you when you realized that you don’t have to pay for tickets at the museum.
I’ve purchased tickets to access truck eye museum on 22 Nov (the visit date itself). There were no clear instructions that reservation is required at the premises and the system does not allow me to do a refund. It’s disappointing for my kids!!!
Tiqets cancelled my tickets the day before the planned visit to the catacombs due to strikes in France (fair enough). They have an option to refund and I told them I wanted the refund as I was leaving France. Till date (one month later) I have contacted them 5 times regarding a refund but have received the same scripted response. They do not even read my emails properly. They give an excuse that cannot get in touch with the vendor of the tickets and they will “respond once they get a response from vendor”. I HAVE HAD NO FOLLOW-UP FROM THEM. The staff keep passing my emails on and there’s not a fixed person assigned to my case. It’s been a month. NO REFUND YET. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Would not recommend this platform to anyone.
Book tickets on a day where cloud forest is closed. However it was not mentioned during booking stage. Only when the tickets were issued then it mentioned. To me this is outright deceiving.
Update: Purchased 2 online tickets through their website, but did not inform me the tickets cannot be used for locals (only for tourist). Only informed about this condition at the digital ticket upon receiving , contacted them immediately after receiving the ticket to refund. Request to refund was rejected initially but after negotiations they agreed, probably they also found that “tourist only” condition was not stated in advance. Best to check carefully before and after purchasing the tickets
Went to park guell today and was told by the supervisor that the tickets I bought were illegal! We were denied entry and was told to re-buy from the ticket booth! Don't use this app for your tickets!
