Today I order a order from talabat The guy that delivered my order was talking in a rude way and he told me the wrong amount to pay so he can take extra money there was also an missing item and this is not the first time that this happened I advised everyone to use different delivery apps in Cairo egypt
Worst delivery app in dubai
Never. I mean never they are on time. Now we’ve got to the point that after waiting 2 hours they do not deliver at all. Last time im using them. Also very poor choice of food delivery on the palm.
The app doesn’t work well
It’s all a mess, need a lot of development please ask for help!
Quality went down
I used to like Talabat but in the last few weeks every time I order, I have to wait 2 hours for my order and talabat is not helpful at all! Ridiculous!
Slow service
I wanted to give it a try - no answer from customer service when waiting for my order for more than a hour...

10th times problem in order No contact number you can fined Sending million off requist If the did some thing wrong they will never answe you . Kind of cheating on other ways . My advice is to deal with other companies . Noon . Careem
I don’t recommend talabat
I don’t recommend talabat I order and get delivery after 1 hour and 30 mint When i call to deliver he says talabat give 2 customer order to same deliver first he deliver 1st customer then came to delivery 2nd customer and food was cold when reach to me
Buggy Software
Talabat’s buggy software makes ordering a hassle. It’s like playing a puzzle game, and the process is never straightforward. I even wasted money on their services in the past, but I stopped ordering altogether. Unfortunately, the issues persist.
Voucher
You should start adding your voucher as credits and can be used even less than the order amount.
