Horrible app Never on time Even when I schedule it for a specific time they don’t come on it They overcharge and when they came 2 hours late the food was stale and so bad and when I asked for a solution they asked me to handle paying the delivery again CAUSE OF THEIR ISSUE. 0/10 application

Have promotions to restaurants that don’t work and the restaurants have the right to reject promotions. As well as, very bad customer service where they just focus on answering “we understand!!!”. No logic at all. Wrong orders from vendors at times. Overall, expect the unexpected with talabat. Its reputation is truly going down in Egypt, Jordan and Qatar

You can’t write to chat , when you try to write to chat the app close !! As I say they need a lot of work but because is the only app in Egypt they don’t care

I woant to stop the subscription but the App isn’t accessible and now every month there is a deduction from my card unnecessarily ,trying to contact the developer but he blocked the website as well so how to cancel the subscription

Very bad app and very bad service, I prefer all other delivery apps

Stop putting thousands of fees , they are unreasonable You are supposed to give better and cheaper service

This is one of the worst scams ever. I ordered through them a few times and there is always a delay and the items rarely came correctly as ordered. When they mess big with the order and have to cancel it because the items are not available they force you to get it as store credit and when you make the request to make a transfer to your account they simply cannot help you and you have to do through an app request which takes 10 days plus although it formally says it takes 2-7 business (of course you have to make the order again for the rest of the items you want). They are happy getting your money any time for any purpose but they try to escape from any responsibility associated with it. Yeah…and good luck asking for a manager or someone responsible, you will be kept in a loop which never ends and the customer service people were taught one or two lines they keep repeating and they have no authority to deal with such issues or transfer you to someone who could help. I used to swallow all of this problem because I don’t have time for physical shopping and I come to egypt frequently but for short periods of time but frankly I am done with that. You simply lost a few customers you could have saved just by showing some responsibility and being such a rip off!

Second time i order with them and i order chicken tights and was smelling disgusting i through them away they probably cooperate wiyh very low quality supermarkets. Is second time i have bad experience with them! I don’t order with them again! Marina
