I reinstalled the app a week after I ordered as I didn’t have storage. I’ve been using talabat and now suddenly it says I cant order and it does deliver to my region. Weird bug. I don’t get why talabat as a delivery app has so many issues they can easily fix.
The app logged me out, I don't rmb the password, it won't send me the recovery email. I created a new account. Entered card details four times to check out. It won't send me the code to verify my number. Just wow.
I deleted the app after feeling cheated that all my friends have it except me! And I am a loyal customer with talabat! So upsetting!
Would rate this app a 0/5 if that were possible. Pros: Plenty of merchants available Cons: Terrible app maintenance to the point it feels like the company couldn’t care enough. Pales in comparison to competitors like Careem (and even parts of Come Come, which entered the food delivery scene much later). I encounter a new issue 99% of the time I use the app. Most recently, discounts were listed but unavailable at point of checking out. Team, I can’t even begin to explain the amount of disappointment and shame I feel on your behalf. Feel free to reach out directly for advice on app maintenance.

Made an order in Jordan, took 80 mins for food to come, was cold, rider begging for 1 dinar more ( 1.5 usd ) when he was late and already tipped him. Never gonna use it ever again. Extremely bad service update: so they refunded me the order, credit was refunded to the app, so now i tried to used the “compensation credit” to order from a new restaurant, nobody wants to accept the order and orders just getting cancelled. So compensation credit = useless. This is literally the worst delivery platform ever encountered. It’s a joke
Requires a local UAE number to send a verification code. If you are using a foreign handphone number, you have no way of completing the purchase. Did a live chat with the agent and was hung up abruptly and rudely after he said he has no solutions for me. Maybe the app will be better if they allow verification codes to be sent to foreign numbers too. If not, maybe you should not use this platform at all.

Offers Notification is not sufficient.. navigation is not accurate.. advise: never pay by credit card. Go for cash ONLY cuz service will be slow once payment is done and support I hardly give them 7/10. Advantage: you still can order through it.
