talabat: Food, grocery & more

For 2 days in a row the food arrives with a 45 minute delay, arriving cold and inedible. Riders unprofessional. On the second time, the rider made a stop at a hotel on the way that lasted over 30 minutes. There was no contact number at talabat to call. A complaint through the help channel went an answered although it has been four days and the rider ignored my messages through the application on the day of the order. Simply bad service

Does not care about the users throughout the flow. Just some PMs and designers working to improve some metrics. Never will use again.

My credit card got charged 9000 dirhams from this app, even though that I did not order anything. Both my sisters cards got charged also from unknown orders one was 500 dirhams and the other was 4000 dirhams. When we called Talabat customer service, they said it’s an legal transaction and we cannot do anything about it. This happened three times in my family and talabat didn’t do anything about it, in fact, they didn’t care. I’m cancelling my talabat account and replacing my credit card after this.

The delivery is too expensive, delivery price is 25% of the meals price

Your services are always late food arrives cold and the whole customer service in general is bad I’ve ordered a couple of times. The experience wasn’t so convenient I’d recommend Careem more..

Time estimations are completely unreliable; the app is buggy; customer service is hard to access and is 90% unusable talk 10% action

Being the leading application for ordering requires consistency to keep the competitive advantage, which is unfortunately not happening. We still face delays, drivers who don’t know the directions, and mostly drivers who don’t speak english and it is frustrating. Looking forward to keeping using this great application which is user friendly, innovative, and making our lives easy

I got food poisoned from one of their restaurant and when i asked for a refund and i raised a complain their customer service team asked me to get a gastric lavage report from a doctor or a hospital as they don’t believe me and i might be faking this to get a refund even though this was my 22nd order and i never asked for a refund.
