There seems to be a lot of errors on the application and unable to order

First time using this app to order dinner, placed my order and I never received my food even though the status was showen as delivered, contacted their customer services and didn’t resolve the issue and never provided prove of delivered as they claimed the rider delivered the order. Very bad experience.

I feel so dissapointed when i find out that talabat is no longer do delivery to my area

So a talabat order is cancelled cause we waited 3 or 4 hours for our dinner order. Our card was charged, so they credited the amount into our talabat account as credit. It expires after one year, it’s easy to miss, the app doesn’t make this information easily available nor does it advertise it in app. So that large amount of money was burned for nothing. I understand if vouchers expire, but this was our actual money that wasn’t used because a Talabat vendor didn’t fulfil their task. It’s put me off Talabat, I’m not going to make that money halal for them. Any alternative apps? I do not want to use their services anymore.

Dear Talabat team You need to study where you can deploy your app and understand governing rules of that specific area. Case in point, Iraq is still not a suitable environment for letting lazy/thug-ish delivery bikes to reach out to our personal numbers and make inappropriate requests just because don’t feel like getting their jobs done on that day. Please minimise or eliminate completely any exposure of your customer details to your drivers. I’ve had a worrisome experience with one of your drivers, and I don’t think this is gonna be my last. Things are still not safe. Please pay particular attention to this matter.

Cons: Cleanliness Concerns: A major issue I encountered was the appalling cleanliness of the restaurants listed on the Talabat app. It was alarming to see how many of them had severe hygiene issues, which is particularly worrisome given the current emphasis on cleanliness and safety. Inconsistent Quality: The quality of the food I received varied significantly between different restaurants. Some meals were downright unpalatable, while others were merely passable. Delivery Delays: On numerous occasions, I experienced frustratingly long delays in receiving my orders. This made the already disappointing dining experience even worse.

I request for refund when i didnt even eat the meal yet. They gave me 20 egp coupon for 172 egp meal that i order. Such a waste .
