Todoist: To Do List & Calendar

I absolutely love the natural language processing for setting date time, location based reminders, Calendar integrations, API access and organizational options, absolutely worth every penny, keep doing the great work guys and thank you for making my life 10x more productive ❤️

I have downloaded every app in the App Store for to do list even this app before a few times, but no one has ever gotten it right because they either use a list or a board but sometimes you need a mixture of both and you need a calendar and you need to be able to see things by tag And there is it one platform that gives you the option for all of these things it’s like someone just said let me just design an app instead of trying to design something new, just keep everything that everyone loves and make it impressive and better and that is what they’ve done with this app

Easy to use, fantastic in app notifications, using the free version and has all I need for my personal take management! Highly recommend!

Don’t subscribe to Pro! I canceled my subscription Tuesday and was just charged for another month anyway. Making it difficult to cancel a subscription is the scummiest scam in the books!

I have been a to do lists kind of a person in both my personal and professional life. Using old fashioned paper pads as well as in recent years various electronic apps. In Todoist I finally found the perfect tool to help me mange my various projects seamlessly on multiple devices. The app has an extremely friendly and intuitive user interface which makes it a breeze to learn. I highly recommend it.

I’d highly recommend everyone downloads

I have been using Todoist for a few years now (paid version), and I’m honestly not sure how I would be managing tasks without it. As soon as I get something I need to do but might forget, I throw it in Todoist scheduled for when I think I might get to it. It’s like a task memory bank for me, which helps me from getting overwhelmed with having lots of tasks to do. Recurring tasks are also great, and I use that to make sure I send out daily communication to my family. I recommend it to all my friends if they are having similar task management woes (many of them still using it today). Highly recommend.

Have tried a lot of different apps but I just love how Todoist works. Todoist, Obsidian and a handwritten journal is everything I need
