Easy to navigate!

Life-changing.

I used to write reminders in my notes but this is much more satisfying and effective to use for reminders and tasks of all sorts. Really easy to use and navigate after a few days of getting used to it. Todoist has been extremely helpful for me! Being able to schedule/reschedule things effortlessly esp w the auto date detect makes things even faster. The UI is pleasing and even the app thumbnail is customizable as well. Huge thank you Todoist! I’ve recommended it to a lot of my friends hahah. Will be using this for the rest of my life!

Not syncing properly.

jwekeiki on

Philippines

I’ve been using this app since 2020 and recently I experienced inconsistency. It won’t sync everything I put in my TODAY. All goes to INBOX even though I clearly put it for TODAY. I can’t properly do my tasks because I used to stack the app to my homescreen so I can easily check my list without going to the app. Now it won’t even update and sync properly. I hope this gets fixed before I decide to move to other applications. I enjoyed this app very much because its easier to use and the layout is also great but inconveniences like this makes it hard to use the app.

Winning Productivity App

I've been in search of the perfect To-do List App for a year now and by far Todoist is one of the two apps that is working well for me. Its interface and features are smart, neat, and professional. I like that you don't need to subscribe to use its functionality. Although I do have plans to subscribe to a productivity app, I just wish they could give us the "option" for a month/calendar view while also allowing us to view previous months. It would be nice to have an overview of a month “within” the app. That would definitely be the one thing that lacks to make this the best productivity app for me.

Very Good App but Completed Subtask or Task is Not Showing

Please check completed task and subtask. It is not showing on my iPad whenever I want to see my completed task for the day.

Changed my routine

SickleWzl on

Didn’t think I was a person that would use a to-do app. But it was just so easy to start using. And once I started, I kept adding little reminders and memo for the day, week, month. It was nice not worrying and freeing up headspace to remember all the tasks I had to do for the day and/or upcoming events. Easy to integrate into my routine. And because I can see the important tasks I had lined up, I avoided procrastinating.

Month view please! Love the update for apple watch 🤘🏻

Please let me install an older version

Player 003 on

Philippines

I used to love this app but since it stopped working for older devices that cant install ios 13 it is essentially useless for me now and I guess I’m forced to migrate to a different app and withdraw from my current pro subscription

I love the labels.

some-rando-nerd on

Philippines

I’ve been looking for a to-do list app that had a proper labelling and sorting system that has the display functions I liked that weren’t locked behind a subscription and this fit the bill! It’s been a great help getting me organized for schoolwork. One thing, I wish the ‘Show completed tasks’ mode didn’t remove your sorting view. I have a great deal of labels and it would be an extreme help in situations where I know what I have already done, instead of resetting my viewing settings again and having to scroll down to the bottom just to see the mess of unsorted completed tasks down there. It would also be easier to recheck and uncheck items I thought needed some editing. That’s the gist of my thoughts at the moment! I hope this feature can get sorted out in the future.
