Have a Go620, no messages on Tom Tom screen or live traffic. Not reliable, frustrating to use now. Before it worked the majority of the time, now this is useless. Look at other brands before buying Tom Tom until the live traffic and calls/sms is fixed. Do not buy any Tom Tom product Tom Tom is aware of this and fob you off - look at the low rating and number of one stars now. Four months since your last update and still waiting. Edit - got a developer’s response saying to do a factory reset - done this three times already and still no joy. THE ISSUE IS THE APP NEEDS TO UPDATED SO THE BLUETOOTH CONNECTS OR YOU WILL GET NO MESSAGES OR TRAFFIC.

Used this app and my TomTom gps a couple of years ago and it worked great. I recently went to use it again and I’ve had nothing but problems trying to pair it to my phone and once to do get it to pair after the millionth attempt trying to pair it to your phone the app decides you don’t need the back button anymore so you are left with no option but to close the app which disconnects you from the app and gps causing major issues trying to reconnect again. Tom Tom used to be amazing. My device CAME WITH LIFETIME UPDATES but they’ve recently changed that to make most parts of the lifetime updates expire so you’ll pay for their subscription service. I bought the damn device I should not need to pay a subscription service when I was sold lifetime updates. Don’t offer something then take it away when things get hard. I’m likely upgrading my car stereo soon so hopefully I won’t need it much long but it’s still super disappointing seeing what used to be a good company like TomTom get turned into something they’re not. Every company is all about the subscription service now and it just show how greedy they all are now.

I haven’t been able to get data live traffic data or smart phone messages for about a year now. Two different iphones Two upgrades to iOS , numerous calls to Tom Tom Bot as you can’t reach a person now ,reconnected and reset a hundred times it just doesn’t work. Unfortunately I used to like live traffic but it’s an absolute waste of time if you have an iPhone it won’t work on go 620

Combined with TomTom Go this app becomes a great route planner. Can choose the route you wish to go with many stops. Great for holiday planning.

Tomtom rider 550 refuses to stay connected to my iPhone 11pro max. Tomtom need to update this app to work correctly with latest ios, so that 2 different bluetooth connections either aren't needed or at least work. App is useless at the moment.

I like Tom Tom navigation but it looks like my life time - yes lifetime traffic and speed cameras won’t work at all despite weeks trying to organise internet connection via an iPhone. Using Tom Tom help is just the same information already on the web. So not good Tom Tom. It is as though they are pushing me into Tom Tom for iPhone!! I agree with the previous review the MyDrive app seems to connect to the Tom Tom gps but then goes on to change it according to what the device has recorded in the preferences.

What a garbage app. The app refuses to connect to my TomTom Go Discover through Bluetooth no matter how may different ways I try.

Every time the TomTom device show phone connected. Every time the phone said connect problem. Never having update. What a rubbish

The Bluetooth live traffic connection to my iPhone hasn’t worked for months and despite the suggestion that I use my mobiles hotspot Wi-Fi connection this is unreliable-please get this sorted TomTom! Also, I’m in Australia but when I start searching for an address it brings up mainly addresses in the USA, of course I’m going to drive from Brisbane to Chicago! Add a filter TomTom so that we can restrict the suggested addresses to at least just Australia, A Queensland filter would be even better🙏

Still very buggy, every time I open the app for the first time of the day it logs me out and I have to log in again. It’s also missing a lot of stores and places.
