Kommer det en uppdatering då app inte synk med bluetooth längre? Tomtom vill inte synk längre eller ta emot router.

Does not work

Followed all the instructions. The TomTom says it’s connected to my phone. My phone says it’s connected to the TomTom. The app says there is a connection error. This app did not work 3 years ago. It still does not work.

Can’t syncronise

If I make up a route on my iPhone or iPad using the MyDrive app I can’t syncronise end hence send it to my Rider 550. If I use a computer (pc) it works well. I don’t bring a computer when I go on motorbike holiday…

Why ?

Its not more possible to sync your gps device with this app ! So whats the use with it ? Iphone 11 and Tomtom Rider 2 years old...

Boring Speed Cam updates

Please fix the speed cam updates bug you have to update 47 countries world wide 9,8 MB. when you only have the Scandinavian map installed it takes rather long every time you start the Rider 550 when you go for a ride you can uncheck 44 countyes and leave Sweden,Norway and Denmark then the the update take a couple off Seconds, but the device do not remember the settings and next time you start is is back to 9,8MB. 47 Countries 🤢rather Boring Actually 🥵thank you for the answer EDIT : we spoke to another TOMTOM owner and told him about this phenomena he did not recognize this trouble and not the problem we have with iOS not syncing with the Rider 550 may be we have a faulty device ❓

Broken for at least a year?

Some rather essential functions in this app hasn’t worked for at least a year now. Personally I could live with various oddities such as having to choose “save as track” when saving a route to “My Routes”, (Like, why would anyone want their route to be different on the device than in the app where you planned it?) the everlasting connectivity issues etc. If I could just plan a route in the app and send it to my device - as a track - I wouldn’t mind all of the things that are not working either. Ok, it would be nice if the whole thing works, but if you only get the planning and saving of routes working, it would - at this point - be absolute sublime. iPhone, rider 550.

Navigates well but hopeless to to comunicate with an iPhone. Never get any voice mail read or traffic warnings.
