The experience is good overall, I have a 1200gs -14 and the only thing not working is the angle meter, says sensor not available.. don’t know if my bike is not supported or not since I can’t find any documentation about what bikes are supported with what features. Other than that I really like the app. I use it every time I go for a ride.
Appen har svårt att koppla upp mot TFT skärmen. Kopplar in och kopplar ur flera gånger, under typ 5 min. Innan den tillslut fungerar. Då fungerar den bra. Men det är väldigt frustrerande när man använder den som GPS.
I can not import GPX via my iPhone but I can import on my iPad with same app. All is updated and I have tried to unistall/install app but same result..
The app is working great. But I missing the speed cameras and haven’t got any map update since the 22 of Novemberg 2022.
Appen samspelar mycket bra med min motorcykel. Enkelt, inget krångel det bara fungerar. Navigationen funkar också bra. Visualiseringen på motorcykelns TFT skärm med enkla körinstruktioner är utmärkt. Informationsnivån är väl avvägd, rätt nivå för att inte dra uppmärksamheten från körningen. Det var enkelt att ”para” telefonen/appen med motorcykeln.
I hesitated to give it 4 stars- maybe I have too high expectations. With my iPhone 13 Pro it does the job clearly better than Nav6. It does not reach the standard of Zumo XT but the jog wheel access ability up weights that. Easy to zoom in and out. What I lack is: 1. Touch functionality- to move the map as you can do on the Zumo XT and Nav 6. What’s ahead that intersection? Zooming out to expand map, you lose granularity and details, names etc. 2. The access to my phone functionality while in cradle. With a click on a button - to access the phone. I guess you’re saying “safety “ - well people then put their phone in a separate cradle, or flip it out of their pocket. Why not prevent that behavior and enable safer handling of the vehicle. 3. Slightly deeper cradle enable the use skins on the phone. Not really a software issue - but anyway. 4. Maps not so sophisticated- “option”- menu with terrain, less or more names, optional it’s for 3rd party maps that work with iPhone. Would these 4 be fixed - hands down I would rate it a strong 4 - maybe even 5.
The app works really good. Since I export many of my trips as gpx it would be nice if I was able to divide a journey by day and not just by # of hours
Works very good, but I miss two things. - I wish that the app would sync with the web portal so all the info shows up there to. -I can’t get the angle meter to work, I always states “no angle data” and a padlock icon. Other than that, perfect as always with BMW 👍🏻
I have a bmw s1000xr -19 not tft display…and i wish i could sync spotify in hub activities so i can go with the multiwheel and change music.. Just ad spotify in the app and i would destroy all other apps💪🏼
I wish you would convert to use Apple’s voices in order. It would be nicer listening to Swedish guidance instead of english. Otherwise a pretty good app.
