Tonal

Tonal changed my life. Had a stroke a while back and totally changed my life with tonal. Lost over 35 lbs and I am approaching 4 million pounds lifted on my Tonal. I am getting shredded and weight what I weighed in High School and I am 51. I am so addicted to my Tonal, cannot imagine life without it, I use it nearly everyday!!

Tonal has changed my life in more ways than I can count! The coaches are motivating and challenging and genuinely invested in your outcome! I look forward to my workouts everyday!! I have never felt better about myself physically and mentally! 10/10 recommend!!

I still feel this is an expensive product as you can’t just replace batteries or recharge things when the batteries die. You have to replace them. It feels a little silly to pay a subscription for program maintenance but not get replacements when things break

I’ve been using Tonal for 2+ years now and it has been the most consistent I’ve been with my workout journey. I’ve kept in shape throughout high school on the football/soccer team and in college. I’m 40 yrs old and in the best shape of my life. I really love the programs Tonal offers and also now that you can schedule your own custom workout on top of the programs. All you have to do is join a program or schedule your own workout and just show up each day to get your fitness on

I am 3+ years using tonal every week and my life is changed. I am in the best shape of my life after 2 back surgeries and using tonal to regain my fitness and strength. Shout out to their great team (and Jennifer) for excellent service who truly cares about the customer and their journey.

My husband and I purchased our tonal nearly two years ago after much hesitancy. We had the mirror and never used it and my husband was apprehensive about the tonal and its ability to actually use its pulley system to create resistance/weight. He was a very traditional 4-5 day a week gym guy. Well flash forward and we are both tonal addicts! We sold all of our other traditional gym equipment, cancelled our gym memberships and are living that tonal workout life and couldn’t be happier. We have seen incredible results and are both in fantastic shape. Thank you Tonal!!

Tonal goes without saying as an incredible unit. But I truly love the app for my ability to explore workouts and programs when I’m winding down for the night or on my lunch break at work. To help me get excited for the next day’s workout, or the next 4 week program I want to try. A huge benefit of the app for me is those days when you really don’t want to workout, or you don’t feel ambitious you can look at the scheduled workout and the upcoming moves and it tends to give me motivation. I’ve been using tonal for exactly 13 weeks straight 7days a week so far between lift days and active recovery and I’d say being able to pick my recovery’s ahead of time, look through programs as well as reviewing the data from a completed workout on my phone rather than standing at the tonal and using the screen has played a huge part in that

I love having a coach recorded to keep me motivated and help me continue to body. Check my form. Very encouraging!

I really like the my day screen. Tonal went and cleaned the app and now I can’t find it. I finished my workout and like seeing the stats on the my day before moving on with my day but I can’t find it. GAH this is so frustrating!

Have gotten in great shape using this device and app.
