It would be great if this app actually worked. No matter which platform I try to access it for my ‘Infinite’ pedal which is supposedly supported I am informed that it is “offline”. Come on tc/Behringer time to extricate the digit and sort this once and for all. So much potential so little support.
Tried the beaming through the pickups and can’t get it to work using an American Standard Strat or Gibson Les Paul. Basically useless.
This app seriously needs an update. You should be able to create sounds on the laptop TonePrint Editor, and store them on your phone for beaming into your pedal at a second’s notice! If this was a feature, it would be the gigging musician’s best friend. As it is now, it’s effectively useless. *shrugs*
Would be better if you could deep edit or modify parameters of Spectracomp from iphone 7 not just load presets!??
The tone prints don’t download to the pedal .
Toneprints don’t save when trying to edit some of the secondary functions of pedals, such as secondary delays etc. which can only be accessed via the app for the plethora. Once the edits have been made, the toneprint saved, stored in board, and accessed in board, the settings automatically reset to the default, which is delay 1 and delay 2 being synced. It’s also needlessly difficult and confusing to edit pedal settings with the app. It’s hard to figure out where you need to go to do it, and it would be nice to be able to edit settings via the app without having to create a new toneprint every time. Love the plethora but this app needs a complete rework. Other companies such as fender and Yamaha have great apps for their products. Easy to use and navigate, no need for a manual to work out what to do. We’re forced to use this app because we like tc electronic pedals. Please give us a better app TC!
I contacted TC Electronic some months ago to inform them that the Brian May delay TonePrint had gone missing from the app. Not claiming any credit at all, now it’s back. Very pleased with both response and app.
Can’t get this to work with an iPhone 11- followed all instructions- phone speaker on full, tried all angles & top & bottom, guitar vol on full, pedal on full and switched on. Nothing Tried with an old iPhone 6 and it worked straight away. Weird thing is that it then worked once with my iPhone 11 then never again since. Is this a possible problem with stereo phone speakers and phase cancellation?
Nice idea but when I press the save button after tweaking the app crashes so pretty useless
Seems to work ok when beaming tone prints but can’t edit them as the app closes when connecting iPhone or iPad to quintessence with camera connection kit. I bought the adapter especially for this. Please fix it!! iOS is 13.4.
