App is great apart from the fact that it loses connectivity with the bbq at times even when standing right next to it. But when it’s connected its great

The app is great for because if gives you both measurements of temperature. I have only made good meats with the probe because the times given over cooks the meals

At first I loved the app worked perfectly for 4 cooks then the app started to reset tthe temperature. Failed to move from step 1 to two. Restarting iphone and timberline 1300 did not solve the issue so now just doing manual cooks and leaving WiFire alone very disappointing

When app updates you have to log back in, but we can’t as need to reset password and the reset takes us to the wrong website and won’t recognise New Zealand as the country where we live and bought the grill. Now the app and grill is useless!

When there is an app update you have to enter your username and password to log in. Then you have to connect to the wifi again. It should remember the settings and scan the wifi for Treager devices. Should be simple. I am in IT and this is not good

Love the app with recipes and techniques.

So far I haven’t been able to use eifire as it won’t connect which I seriously pissing me off so I’m considering ditching your product!

This app is simply incredible. The temperature control allows you to adjust temperature from anywhere you have a Internet connection. You can also monitor and set alarms for the temperature. It will completely change the way you grill.

I shouldn’t need to sign up for an account and dance through a hot mess of an app in order to grill meat. The app is quite the pain to set up.
